Do you charge a commission for listing?
Biz4Less does not charge a commission. You simply pay a flat monthly fee to sell your business.
What is your selling plan?
New seller have 14 days free trial. After your Free trial, you can change to a Standard Plan ($59/month) or a Premier Plan ($129/month).
What types of payment do you accept for postings and advertising plans?
We do accept major credit cards, bank debit card, bank transfer, and PayPal
I have already purchased a Standard Plan, can I upgrade to a Premier Plan?
Yes, you simply login to your user Dashboard and click “See Available Packages and Payment Methods” to change your plan
How long does it take for my new posting to display on Biz4Less
Your listing will appear immediately on Biz4Less.
When writing a listing for Biz4Less what are the most important factors?
The more information you’ve provided about your business the better the listing. You should have at least the following items for your listing: business descriptions, images, gross revenue, cash flow, building size, monthly rent, and lease term. Try to complete as much fields as you could on your user Dashboard.

How will the sale of my business be kept confidential?
Most buyers will understand that they will need to sign a (NDA) non-disclosure agreement before reviewing any information about the sale of your business. Only a limited amount of information should be disclosed prior to determining if the potential buyer is either legitimate or capable of completing the transaction.
Why hasn’t the seller replied to my enquiry?
Sellers, agents, or brokers can be slow to reply because they check their enquiries infrequently, it takes time to prepare the information you have requested, or if they are on vacation or holiday. They also may have many inquiries and take sometime to get yours.
